I got stuck within the first hour (trying to rescue Oceana, who won't follow me to safety out of the Deep Hole), and the online walkthrough doesn't seem to be much help. This means I can only explore three sites, and frankly, they're just pretty dull. Zzzzzzz...

This would be a reasonable deal at $10.

I recently purchased a Wii system after not playing Nintendo (or any video games) since I was a kid (I'm now 32). I picked up this game used from a game store based on positive reviews here. I played it for about 30 minutes. I kept hoping it would get better, but I gave up and had to shut it off and figured why keep wasting my time if I'm not having fun. It was just boring. So far some of the other games I have enjoyed in my first few weeks are Wii Sports, Wii Fit Game, New Super Mario Bros., Mario Kart, and Lego Starwars Complete Saga. Just wanted to warn you since I don't see any other 1 or 2 star reviews.

very slow, boring, doesn't hold your interest, certainly not challenging, you will be tired of this game after about 20min and completely put it on the shelf forever after a few hours of hoping it gets better. the end.

I just bought this game the other weekend and like to so far, but I have a gripe (actually 2). I am a diver and I consider myself to be an "eco-friendly" diver. The divers in this game let their gauges dangle and thats one of the big no-no's when diving. The gauges should be clipped to the diver's buoyancy compensator (the vest they wear). It can drag on the reefs and in a second, cause horrible damage to a coral that has been growing for hundreds of years. My second gripe is the diver's octopus (back-up regulator) is hooked up on the wrong side of the first stage (the part that hooks the regulators to the tank). The octo should come from the divers right side along with the primary regulator. In the game, the octo is dangling from the divers left side along with the gauges. As I stated before, letting anything dangle is a no-no and can cause great damage to a reef. Letting your octo dangle can be even worse. In a real life situation, if a divers octo is dragging in the sand, sand can enter the octo and cause the octo to fail when they, or another diver needs it.

My gripe has more to do with how the game was designed, not the game play itself.

I wish there were more games like this for the Wii. This is an excellent game as is the first version. I would recommend to anyone that enjoys games outside of first person shooters. Any real gamer should enjoy this. Its also a very nice game to look at especially at the moment; its a grey dull winter outside currently.
One problem, that might not bother some, is that this game references global warming and other environmental BS. I really do not like it when people put messages into things to brainwash young minds that might be playing this. I have to explain to my kids that global warming fake and make them understand that these message are put into things because nut jobs cant back up their claims with evidence, so they repeat the message again and again. Then people start to believe it and the nut jobs start raking in the money (al gore). This is the reason I took of a star on the rating.
If you have a mind and can see past the propaganda there is a great adventure game here.
